Erasmus+ PHD short term mobilities - Exceptional call

            Department for International Relations PedF is announcing a call for applications for Shor

            mobilities.

            • Programme summary:

              • 5 SLOTS AVAILABLE
              • 5-30 days abroad
              • ONLY FOR MOBILITIES BETWEEN APRIL 1ST 2026 AND SEPTEMBER 30TH 2026

              • 1-14 days - 79Eur/day
                15-30 days - 56Eur/day

              • Earliest term of stay abroad: July 2025
              • Student can pick any institution in the European union
                • Institution must have Registration number /VAT number

                • Institutions of European Union are exempt of this call
              • Student contacts their preferred institution and asks for acceptance letter
                • For the purpose of this call email confirmation is enough but official invitation on

                  will be necessary
                • In case of Universities we strongly advise to ask their International relations offi
                  will be able to accept the student even without bilateral agreement and if there is 

                  steps needed for being accepted.
              • Students who have not been abroad during their PhD studies are taking a priority in th



            To be admitted into the tender the student must:
            Deliver the following documents to the Department for International Relations (Spálená 14,

            OZV) or via email (petra.zakoutska@pedf.cuni.cz) until 28th February.



            • Erasmus Programme Application [ URL "PEDF-3687-version1-erasmus_programme_application.do
            • Structured CV in Czech or English
            • motivation letter in Czech or English

            • thesis supervisor´s recommendation
            • acceptation letter or invitation letter of chosen institution


            Any aplications recieved after 28th February will be exempt from the tender.
