            How can an appeal be lodged against a decision on the rights and obligations of students u
            68(1) of the Higher Education Act? An appeal cannot be submitted by simple e-mail.


            • The following appeal options are available:
              • to the faculty's mailroom
              • by e-mail with an electronic signature

              • by data mailbox
              • by post.
            The deadline for submitting an appeal may be waived only for serious reasons, which must b

            documented at the same time. The request for a waiver of the time limit must be submitted 
            appeal against the decision.
