TSTT 2023: International Conference Rethinking How We Train Teachers of Tomorrow

We are excited to invite you to the International Conference organized by the Pre-Primary and Primary Education Department!

The scope of contributions to the International Conference Rethinking How We Train Teachers of Tomorrow focuses on the theoretical, practical, and critical analyses of teacher training programs which incorporate technology and digital tools. The conference covers a wide range of topics related to teacher education in the digital age, including:

• Impact of technology in linking theory with practice

• Reflective approaches to linking theory with practice

• Critical analysis of theories and practices in teacher training

• Digital literacy and its importance in teaching and learning

• Use of games and gamification in connecting theory with practice

• Practicing theories and theorizing practices in current teacher education

• Inclusive education and the use of technology to foster inclusive practices

• Assessment and evaluation strategies in connecting with digital technologies

• Innovative pedagogical approaches for effective second language teaching theories and practices

• Technology-enhanced Content and Language Integrated Learning, and its potential impact in combining theory with practice within teacher training programs
