On April 16, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, a round table discussion will take place on the topic of “Implementation of Pediatric Palliative Care into the Education of Non-Teaching Fields at the Faculty of Education, Charles University”. This expert discussion is a part of the identically titled project by the Department of Special Education and the Department of Psychology and is supported by the Vlček Family Foundation.

In her lecture Dark clouds on the sky of Finnish comprehensive education?, she will present a picture of the current state of Finnish primary and secondary education in the light of recent international and national researches showing that Finnish pupils' performance is deteriorating.

European Music Day at PedF: We Are the World

On March 7, 2025, exactly 40 years had passed since the release of the widely successful single We Are the World. This song not only brought together the greatest music stars of its time, but it also had a significant charitable impact by raising tens of millions of dollars to help famine victims in Ethiopia. We would like to commemorate and honor this anniversary with our own musical project. Join us on March 18 for the EuDaMuS project 2025 (European Day of Music in Schools) to rehearse and record our own version of this song.
